Can I use AWA at a bar, restaurant or store I work at?

All plans are for personal use, business use is not permitted.

What can I do if I find any disturbing playlists or users?

If we find anything in the content of the playlists, user names, or profiles that are offensive or disturbing, it will be considered a violationf of the terms of use.
If you find any of the above, please contact us with the username and the title of the playlist.

Is it possible to change some of the push notification settings?

You can change through “Settings” via the icon menu メニューアイコン at the top of the screen > “Push Notifications”.


Notification settings are only available on smartphones.

What is the check mark next to the picture on other user's profile page?

The check mark indicates the user as an "Official Playlister" verified by AWA.

What is a Campaign Code?

It is a special code that allows you to try the Standard Plan for free, or play tracks or playlists for a limited time period.

Once you have a campaign code, you can use it by following the steps below:
  1. Open the Campaign Code input site (you will need to log in using your AWA account).
  2. Enter the campaign code in the appropriate box.
  3. Click on the "Apply" button.
