Account Settings


What is Account Settings?

iOS / Android

Using your Facebook account, Twitter account, or email address, connect your user information.
By completing account setup, you can transfer data onto your new device in case of device upgrade or loss.

PC

Account setup is only available on smartphones.


How can I set up my account?

iOS / Android

You can set up your account through “Settings" via the menu icon メニューアイコン at the top of the screen > “SET UP” at the bottom of “Account”,and follow one of the following methods; (1) connect to Facebook, (2) connect to Twitter, or (3) register email address/password.


PC

Account setup is only available on smartphones.


Do I need a Facebook or Twitter account to set up my account?

It’s not necessarily required. Using your Facebook account, Twitter account, or email address, you can set up an account on your smartphone.


Can I change or delete an account I already set up?

iOS / Android

You can also change and cancel settings.

You can change and cancel through “Settings" via the menu icon メニューアイコン at the top of the screen > “SET UP” at the bottom of the “Account”.

*With an email address, you can only change settings.


PC
Account setup is only available on smartphones.


Can I return to my account if I uninstall the app and reinstall the account?

If you could log in again with any account, you can transfer the account.


Can I return to my account if I replace my device with a new one?

iOS / Android

If account setup is already complete, you can transfer the data by logging in to the account. 
Tap “I already have an account” on the start screen and log in to the registered account to transfer data.
*If account registration is not complete, you cannot transfer data. We recommend that you register your account to transfer data in case of device upgrade or loss.

PC

If account setup is already complete, you can transfer the data by logging in with the account. Account setup is only available on smartphones.


I forgot to set up an account. Is it still possible to access an account that I have paid for?

iOS

You can log in again with a billed account even if you haven’t completed account setup. By tapping “Settings" via the menu icon メニューアイコン at the top of the screen > “Account” > “Restore last purchase” under “SUBSCRIPTION”, you can log in again to the billed account.


Android

Please contact us, as we need to investigate.

PC

Please first check whether the OS on the smartphone you were using at the time you applied for the pay plan was iOS/Android, and then follow the instructions above.


Can I access the same account with several different devices?

Yes. Please tap "Already have an account?" at the start menu.
If you log in with the account you have already registered, you can continue using your saved data. However, you are not able to play music at the same time from multiple devices.


How can you log in with an activation code on the PC app?

You can log in with an activation code as follows.

  1. On your smartphone, tap "Settings" via the menu icon メニューアイコン at the top of the screen > "Device Activation"
  2. Enter the Activation code displayed on your PC screen into the Activation code input section
